I would be willing to bet he has at least 2, perhaps 3 GPS (they are just not that expensive), but I was taught to use GPS as a confirmation of my other navigation. If you read "Dove" the story of Robin Lee Graham's circumnavigation (which he began when he was 16), there were lots of days when he wasnt able to get star shots. Take care . . . John |
