Make 'n Break engine
i believe it was in this newsgroup that someoneexpressed interest in the old
single lung Make 'n Break type engine. Here's a rare chance to own one.... note: just happened to come across it in Kijiji.. I have no connection to engine or seller. http://halifax.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...QAdIdZ50138839 |

You'd have to go searching the Maritimes and Newfoundland to see any in acion these days. I haven't heard that familiar sound in a few years. |

All I see missing is a fuel line and some means of supplying water to the convective cooling system probably the yellow hose looking thing. http://www.lehmans.com/shopping/prod... yword=engine Nor sure if John Deer is still manufacturing them or if the cart builder re-man's them but they look new on personal inspection. There is a vendor across the street from Lehmans main store that does a great job of advertizing these carts. He keeps the engine running constantly for all to enjoy it's unique sounds and sells great icecream, homemade that actually tastes homemade (because it is) BF |
