Default Can anyone help the big fat yachtsmen lose weight?

Those yachters are really, really, tubby. They spend way too much time
eating and sitting. If you took the seats out of their yachts they would
burn 150 extra calories an hour trying to stand. It's a start but they must
curtail the eating!
