Another useless half baked idea.


Attached to your MOB vest, have a tube in which is an inflatable
balloon inside which is a folded corner cube radar refelctor. Pull
the lanyard and it inflates with He and is ejected. It rises up to
say 200' but remains attached with a thin monofilament line. Easy to
spot with radar.

Shoulda filed a prov. patent.
