HDPE Water Tank
Ronco sells for 60% of catalog price direct. I've bought 4 tanks from
them over the past 6 years. They don't have dealers. Any one can set up shop and call themselves a yacht accessory operation and resell their tanks. That would be highly unlikely, since Ronco's price is about half what any of their dealers have to charge. Otoh, it never hurts to ask. I've heard that he's been able to do this in the past. How would Ronco have any dealers at all, if the public could buy cheaper than the dealer. That doesn't make much sense. BB |

A dealer has to sell for more than he pays to make any money. If a mfr sells to the public for less than a dealer has to charge his customers in order to make anything, it's cheaper to go direct.
