Looking for wood laminate
I am trying to repair the outside benches of my sailboat and keep the
costs and repair time down. They are the original (35 year old) teak plywood benches, where the top layer of teak is starting to peal off. I thought about sanding that layer down and somehow gluing some teak laminate to the surface. I have searched the internet for teak laminate without much success. I am also concerned about what kind of material to use to attach the laminate and if it can be done without any special equipment. Sherwin D. |

Do a websearch for "teak veneer: or "veneer" - its expensive, but you
probably wont need much. In article , Sherwin Dubren wrote: I am trying to repair the outside benches of my sailboat and keep the costs and repair time down.
