It depends on the "tide".
I can't remember which wind direction piles the water up, but if you can't make it, there is less back tracking when going north than when going south. I have called a marina at Belhaven to determine water levels. Yeah, I can't believe the NC Highway Dept cut it so close. "Wayne.B" wrote in message ...
