Ok, but this is not rocket science.

Go to Google and enter "CAS 64742-47-8".
The first hit I get is the Center for
Disease Control site, who call it "Low
odor paraffinic solvent Dearomatized
kerosine Deodorized kerosine. Doesn't
say anything about milk.
