Here is an update for those who are considering purchasing Canadian
Charts in digital form any time soon. An agreement has been reached
between the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) (the department
that controls the Canadian Hydrographic Service, CHS) and Nautical
Data International (NDI) for DFO to buy back its rights under the
Revised Canada/NDI Agreement ("RCNA") from NDI.

This takes place on March 30th.
