If you knew anything beyond the most basic navigation, you would know this. Nonsense. In every case of a restriction there should be a note as to the nature of the restriction. Usually, very specific symbols and terminology are used. In this case there is a simple black dashed line with a "(see note)" that refers to the controlling depth. If you really do not understand this, you shouldn't be on the water. |
