Bristol 35 .. around 1975 .. for cruising question

I spoke with a fellow who has one for sale. Then, I looked up the boat on
the net. I kinda looked like a big pig.

It didn't have very nice lines. And, it looked heavy.

Question: in your cruising travels have you come across this boat and if so
how did it do sailing, etc.
