Many years ago I was working at boat yard in Marina Del Rey, near Los
Angeles, Ca, and saw this concept. Some guy bolted a trailer to the bottom of an old wood boat. 14 foot, maybe. 20 horse outboard. I only saw it once, but it stays in my memory. I can see it now, heck of a wake with the trailer hitch sticking out of the water in front of the bow when on a "plane". A do it yourself tsunami maker. You see the darnedest things at public launch ramps. Roger Long wrote: I'm working on an idea for a tender to get back and forth to our sailboat in a cove with no docks or other facilities.
