Wilbur,

Somehow, I got this via my "valkyrie" email address:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
It's been a while but you never got back with a shortened version, so
I took out the statute and am running your story part in the June
issue. I went to your website and see that you are traveling by land
yacht now, so if you want to read the article, read in the current
issue which will be online on June 1 on our website.

Thanks - it's an important story. Hope your travels go well. Gas is
high, but in 1980 dollars, when it reached $1.20, that would be the
same as $3.34 today - not as much as the cost of boating has gone up,
perhaps, and not that bad since there are so many places to stop and
hang out for a while without going down the road constantly.

Thanks,
Steve

I just received a similar email, too, from the Southwinds editor. . .

Thanks, I don't know how you got it unless it was something to do with the
fact that I mentioned in the letter to the editor that you are hosting the
voice transcript of the court proceedings. Apparently, the Southwinds
Editor downloaded it and listened.

Sounds the editor thinks Wilbur is you.

Look for the article in the June issue of Southwinds. Thanks again for
hosting the audio.

Hoorah!

He checked out the base web page and thought it was yours. He emailed
using the "valkyrie@..." address, but we got it all straightened out.
We've been emailing back and forth a bit about our "family trees"
since we have a similar last name - I'm "morel" and he's "morrell".

I noticed the name similarities. You guys could be related, who knows. He
wants me to keep him informed of some of the latest developments in the
Keys like this pilot program crap where they have picked out four places
when the legislation only sanctions ONE place.
