The wind direction sensor at the masthead is frozen--will not turn to
face the wind. I loosened the set screw and removed the wind "vane,"
and the rod it was attached to appears to be frozen--I think it should
turn, but not sure.

Are there schematics anywhere so I know how to take it apart/repair
it? Any help would be appreciated.
