I could go on but no one is going to listen. No, they would rather
ride around in their SUV and weep crocodile tears.

Step one would be to forbid aircraft from taking off. Everyone on the
planet can live without airplanes, jet engines spewing out billions of tons
per year of CO2 from their kerosene burners.

That ALONE will stop this nonsense in its tracks. IMPORTANT people, the
elite among us, are the ones in the airplanes. They would never give it
up....jetsetters.

So, their solution is to turn it into a TAX. TAX controls the masses and
the super rich simply pay up as it amounts to such a tiny part of their
massive wealth. CARBON TAX and $10/gallon gas has no effect on
billionaires at all....a pittance in their world....that brings MY world to
its knees!

TAX can fix any environmental problem!

That statement is just plain FALSE! The scientists do NOT agree. They
cannot agree.

You warmists LOVE to try to make oil company funding into the pollution of
the science. That's simply untrue, too! You've been drinking too much
Greenpeace Koolaid!

I thought you were running super cheap bio diesel ?

$10 gas would actually be good for the country over the long term. It
would accelerate research efforts for energy independance and help to
reduce the balance of payments defecit. A lot of gasoline gets
burned unnecessarily just because it is still relatively cheap.

No, my diesel cars run on a 50:1 mixture of used veggie oil, mostly canola,
and mineral spirits (paint thinner), nearly for free.

The stepvan has a frybrid in it....starts on diesel and switches to hot
filtered veggie oil after about 2 miles then runs for free!

My fuel consumption is in the Honda Reflex scooter...about $6/week.

Rush is an entertainer. *Why not refer to an authority like Sean Penn?- Hide quoted text -

Because Penn does not pretend to be a knowledagble political source.
True. By RL's own abmissoin on several occasons. Rush says," I am an
intertainer." Interesting that a AM radio mouth from california
pretends to be such a knowledagable guru but when callled on his
credentials couwers behind, Im just an intertainer.

I just dont care about spelling and if you look closely yo ll also see
my letters get scrambeld at times.

On to the real topic:

Im hanging out with some 22 yo college students which is fun. two of
the friends are geology students. I was asking about religous people
and geo. Interestin........... theyboth said seeral national churches
sponse students (scholarships) to attend state schools. Their mission
is to get state school degrees and at the same time learn mainstream
science to find "holes" in the secular science that can be attributed
to GOD. In other words if there is an area in the body of literature
that lacks reasearch the religious students use that as a sign that
only GOD could explain the mystry. Its not really a mystry just a
point that has not been studind throughly yet.

Now, with the religous guys holding BS-MS-PH D from asate university
they sart publishing thier own GOD based researh......... and guess
what are their results: Global Climate Change is normal and since God
is responsible for hte "normal" change we can **** in our own nest
polute and devastate every living thing because God is on or side and
all the disctrution is a normal natural process.... or so says the
"lates research accrding to Fox Network that reports the latest
findins for a scientest who holds a PH D.from Eastern Idaho
University.

THese are not my ideas. This was expaind to me by two geology majors
at a state univesity. O. by the way graduation is today !!

I was reading about the recent, Arizona was it? law that a cop can
stop anyone and demand evidence of citizenship.

My goodness! Civil rights will be endangered! Absolute B.S. Illegal
Immigrants (criminals) have civil rights?

Wrong. The Arizona cops can only check for evidence of citizenship
on a legal stop for something else. Speeding? Are you a citizen?
Rob a bank? Got papers? etc

Actually, most do agree that people affect the atmosphere.........to
a degree, however miniscule.

Any cop that has been on the job for a while can always find probable
cause for a stop, even if only for the old "tail light not working"
trick, which suddenly and mysteriously starts working again on the
side of the road. I've seen it happen.
