What kind of "small imagined infraction" was your friend involved in? It is important to know the rules and follow them. Only in the US are you presumed innocent until proven guilty, and even here, not always so much. |

I guess it came down to life or death or boat. He could probably have hired an agent to clear him in if he'd had more time. Latinos in general are a stickler for details in my experience. |
