Canada exist only because they are right next to the USA. Americans pay for
the defense of Canada and our overflowing economic prowess spills over into
Canada. Therefore, Canadians are obligated to pay the medical costs of all
Americans, just as Americans pay for the defense of Canada. If it wasn't for
the USA, Canada would be speaking German in the east, Japanese in the West
and Vichy French in the middle. It's time these blood suckers paid their
due!

Now that you mention it...my home town is at 44 degrees 38 minutes N.
A fair strip of the US is north of that.....from the states that border
Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.
Even parts of Northern Maine are north of me.
