dock box A/C mystery (update)

easolutions: I'm actually more po'd about the maint. guy claiming everything was fine with the dock box. Ok, mine was fine, but the one next door isn't. Just call in the most expensive, and largest electrical contractor in town and tell him to fix the dock problem. Turn in his bill you paid with next month's rent check, duly deducting his bill from your total. Unresponsive *******s to serious safety issues that threaten your property, such as defective electrical infrastructure, are not to be tolerated. I got tossed out of my trailer park over electrical issues the power company referred to the park owners to correct. Nothing happened in two months, so I called in an electrical contractor and paid him to fix it, which he did, very professionally. When I turned in his bill as partial payment for my lot rent is when the trouble started. I asked for a formal eviction so I could take their sorry asses to court. The day before the court date, I got a call from his attorney saying he had accepted my payment for the month's rental of my lot, minus the electrical charges, I'm sure because once I called in the professional electrical contractor to outline the dangerous situation the ******* decided to leave hanging out, the judge might have arrested his ass right in the court room, once we started talking about the 230VAC laying out 3' off the ground where the CHILDREN could get KILLED. I never heard another thing of it, and don't expect to.... |
