etc. While it is preferable that our staff members have some
experience working with children, this is not a prerequisite. Many
program areas require skills and certifications to safely operate and

APPLYING FOR A JOB IS EASY!

2. Counselors must have completed their freshman year of college
before the camp season begins to be eligible for employment.

3. Please note that Camp Lohikan is a non-smoking camp.

4. All waterfront personnel must hold current lifeguard certification,
first aid and CPR. Swimming instructors must hold WSI certification.
Instructors must have strong skills in the area of their specialty,
i.e., water skiing, sailing, etc. Teaching experience is preferred
but not a prerequisite. Certification and/or documented expertise is
preferred.

5. International applicants will require an appropriate visa which is
available from any of the following agencies: BUNAC, ICCP,
InterExchange, Camp America, ICEP, Camp Counselors USA , and Camp

Nothing like taking care of the lawyers' and millionaires' kids for the
summer to open yourself up to a long prison term just because you ****ed
off some horny teen, catching her mating with some boy behind the
galley.....

I helped wire a friend's daycare center with an extensive network of video
cameras that record every move the staff makes from changing the diapers to
the very moment they hand 'em over to Mom picking them up. The cams have
squashed 4 nasty lawsuits in the bud from the paranoid parents, so far.
Once confronted watching little Johnny, their wonderful son, slapping the
staff and telling them he's gonna have their asses by telling the cops they
molested him, and being able to PROVE otherwise, it stops the problem dead
in its tracks.

It would be a fun job....but not in Paranoid America!
