Default More jobs to be lost in the motor industry... Boats could be next.

This is from another group but the idiocy of this type of action will
mean more jobs lost around the country, Please consider helping by
joining in the fight..

100% tariff proposed on all EU bikes between 50cc & 400cc. This could
signify the death of those bikes and the market surrounding them here
in the
US. Time to speak up and let your voice be heard.

Done:

"I have heard of silly proposals made by members of the US government, but
this takes the cake. How many countries will be affected by an increased
tariff on small scooters and motorcycles? Very few, and none of the big
players.

Have you considered a 300% tariff on wine? The folks in California would
love that, although the French might whine a bit.

Please give this some more thought."

Now we'll see if they respond.

Quite true.

Hopefully protectionism does not get a foot hold. Everyone evenually looses
with protectionism.

Can one imagine how much a Mercury outboard would cost if they were the only
one you could buy?
