Looking for a replacement flush through-hull for a 1975 C&C30?

Does anyone know where I'd get a replacement flush through-hull for a 1975
C&C30?

Size:
pipe size 3/4"
2 1/2" tall
2 13/16" wide at flange face
flange 1/4" thick
