Default moisture in stringers

Blank28 ft. Wellcraft Coastal, recent survey revealed moisture in the stringers and other areas in the bilge area. Boat seems sound and no obvious dry rot. 1989 model.974 hrs. Boat seems sound and no obvious dry rot. Any danger to continue as is or should reapairs be performed and if so, what?
