Anyone can identify this Renault diesel marine engine?

I can confirm that, it looks exaclty like the Renault Couach RC16D.
Parts are very difficult to find.

Maybe a RC16D .
(Renault Couach, 16HP @ 3000rpm)
The factory has disappeared but some spare parts are available in France .
