Yeah, yeah
Get yourself the most horsepower for the lightest weight possible & then fill your keel up with lead!! lol. Then watch that lightweight, high revving, Japanese baby fly to pieces after 467 hours? "JAXAshby" wrote in message ... Neil baby, my mother used to say "There is NO one so stupid as he who won't learn". You gotta remember that back in those days "he" meant anyone (man or woman). Go ahead and build that grossly obese boat with the grossly obese -- and punny power -- engine, all the while telling anyone who will listen -- all two of 'em -- what a genius you are for installing an engine that puts out an incredible 1 hp for every 45 pounds of engine weight (something not done on aircraft engines in 85 years, or car engines in 80 years or farm tractor engines in 65 years, or industrial gasoline engines in 60 years, or industrial diesel engines in 50 years). That's sorta like bragging about having a 48 inch ass. Be proud, dude. say, neil, didn't you a long time ago - about 6 years -- claim on the boatbuilding.com site to be a naval architect by training and profession? How come then you didn't know all this stuff? Maybe 'cuz you didn't know it 6 years ago either? Well Jax Ashby, given the calibre of your postings, I wonder if you've actually reached the 8th grade yet. To everyone else, many thanks for your comments. N. "JAXAshby" wrote in message ... scooty, I built my first boat (a Professional Class A/B Racing Runabout) between the fall and spring of year I was in 8th grade. What did you do in 8th grade? btw scooty, I started repairing engines professionally for adult men who couldn't the summer before I started Junion HS. How about you? When did you start? OK, folks. This is Jax Ashby. Famous or infamous on rec.boats (just do a google search) for just plain being a trouble maker. This guy is worse than a spammer and should probably be best ignored in most cases. We are a group of builders and folks who build and or want to build boats, and "rec.boats.highschool" is mostly a hands on group talking from experience or asking serious questions. Why Jax has brought his brand of spam/ego/flame to this group is beyond me, but remember, he can only do as much damage as we let him. I could be wrong but I doubt he gives two ****s about building boats, just likes to hear himself talk. Take it for what it's worth, I am sure he will have something nasty to say in return but I will let my posts on boatbuilding address my answers to anything this guy has to say.
