I am installing a Ronco holding tank and they call for a supporting box around the tank. That's just mfr CYA, Marc. Ronco tanks are thick enough that it's not necessary to do more than support the bottom and secure it to keep it from moving. It is an odd shaped tank and the carpentry would be difficult. Can I use the tank as a plug and do a fiberglass layup? Will the cure heat damage the tank? What layup schedule is recommended for this application? -- Peggie ---------- Peggie Hall Specializing in marine sanitation since 1987 Author "Get Rid of Boat Odors - A Guide To Marine Sanitation Systems and Other Sources of Aggravation and Odor" http://shop.sailboatowners.com/detai...=400&group=327 http://www.seaworthy.com/html/get_ri...oat_odors.html |
