Default Keel full of Oil

Hi

Looked at a 30 foot steel sailboat with full keel the other day. One item
I am pondering is the Keel Ballsat. This particular is boat has her Kell
filled with some type of oil. Great for corrosion resistance but what about
other considerations like,
Ballast performance (vs Lead) and what happens if the oil find a way out of
the keel, into the Augie or Lake (i.e. grounding).

Cheers
