Has anyone built either of these boats. I'm thinking of a smallish

The questions I have a

1. Is the cabin on Nancy's China of any use on a boat this small or is
it taking up space.

2. I've heard much about Nancy's China (and have Devlin's book) but
nobody has ever written about it's sailing ability or functionality.

There was a Scandinavian guy who'd built one and had a writeup on a Web
site. Might still exist. Do a Google search on Nancys China, see what
you find.

Personally I think 15' is a bit on the small side for overnighting in
but then I like my comforts.
