Here you go. This puppy works like a champ and reads AutoCAD files too.
BTW, DXF files are 'drawing exchange' files. It's just a cross-platform
format that lets you share drawings between otherwise incompatible graphics
programs.

Anyone know what program reads those dxf files? Would there perhaps be a
free one?

Noting that the LT version of the software is free but still must be
registered. I think it works for awhile, then you fill out the usual
address info in their online registration form and they send you an
authorization code that gets rid of the nagware notices when the program
starts up. I for one, believe that if you like a particular package, that
it's worth paying for and ProgeCAD is a very good AutoCAD replacement and a
helluva lot cheaper. No affiliation ...I'm just cheeeaaaap and these folks
put together a good product. I think letting you go free is good marketing
for them ...
