The attachement appear to be a virus!


No it isn't. The attachment is no attachment at all, it is just one line of
text, starting with 'begin' followed by two spaces and then followed by a
file name. Due to a bug in Microsoft Outlook, it sees this as a file
attachment, which it is not. Some people find it 'amusing' to create such a
fake attachment just to scare users of Outlook.
