Seems like I recall 7 meters - it's the " 7/7 fisherman" rule. It could be
motor-powered but is restricted to 7 knots max speed. Over 7 knots it's
required to have powerboat lights.

DOnt forg get to add....................... motor vessel 12m underway
and makingway with red and blue nav lights out cause some fool kept
splicing the circuit and not its toasted.....
