Default Perfect Weather!

The cost of living index for your area is 176.6. For Joe's area its
87.2.
You need to earn over twice as much as Joe just to eat as well as he
does.

Most of that index relates to property values. Even in this market
houses in our area continue to rise, up 3% in Kent Cliffs. In NY
property is prices insanely, but I'm glad we own over 14 acres here.

Actually, no. Food, clothing, and taxes are the relatively expensive budget
items in your area relative to his.

The price differential for food is just a 8% range up or down. Taxes
are only high in some areas and geared to schools in our zone. But my
house is priced twice as high as those in PA and 3.5 times as high as
those in Texas.

If true, that means it costs you 3.5 times as much to live there. You pay
$55.00 for bottle of water yet?
