Default mast stepping

Can anyone tell me how and where to attach the crane hook to raise the mast
up. I think you slip a line arond the mast and lift from under the spreaders
but I,m not sure. The boat is a mirage 25 and the mast is stepped on the
cabin top.
Thanks for any advice on this matter.

On a 25 mirage, you should be able to step the mast yourself, without
a spar tower.
