One of the burn victims was a 17 YO kid. Perhaps he was so green he
did not have a clue as to the dangers of Gasoline on a boat. Sure the
Skipper should have known better, but do not assume everyone who got
burned was playing with fire.


Forget it Joe. Neal isn't interested in people, other than how he can
use them and/or harm them. He's clearly delusional and the best thing
we can do for him is ignore him.
