I've been tempted to use the stainless steel bathroom handrails on my
cabintop. They are those handrails you see in Lowes or Home Depot,
pretty sturdy bent tubing with only two welds. How will they stand up
in a marine environment? They definitely long strong enough and mount
over a wide area. I just think the boat store handrails are
outrageously expensive and the bathroom ones a much less expensive and
even look better.

Metal grab rails are distinctly the provence of "stink pot".

You don't fool anybody except maybe JimC who's fool enough to own a
MacGregor 26 or Dave who's a dumb, money-grubbing, slip-and-fall lawyer
with the DSK sig. DSK's posts sound like they're typed by an intelligent
mind while your posts sound like they're typed by a mindless
intelligence. I've noticed lately DSK even is beginning to sound like
Edgar. A wee bit of a British dialect creeps in at times.
