clarification which has been avoided so far, to wit:

How, _exactly_, has my behavior violated the TELUS IUP?

I need to know this specific and simple bit of information for the
purpose of evaluating my continued use of TELUS services. Internet
service is the last service provided to me by TELUS which I
value enough to keep an account open at all.

If my internet service is being arbitrarily threatened by the
"feelings" of an anonymous member of an one tiny newsgroup (as you
have stated below) --who does not have moderator or _any_ control
status on that group, as explicitly stated in the charter
provided--; then it follows that the security of my internet
connection is at the mercy of any kook on usenet who chooses to send
a barrage of complaints from one or more identities.

If this scenario is accurate, it constitutes an unacceptable risk to
my continued service, and I shall be forced to seek service
elsewhere. This chain of events has the potential to place
liabilities on TELUS internet services.

Please, I beg of you:

Clarify exactly how I have violated the TELUS IUP.
