He is upgrading everything to aviation standards from mere marine
protocols. ..Well, almost everything.

I gave him some night vision gear to help protect his sweet mahogany
hull from the logger's flotsam that abounds up here in our coastal
waters. He loves to navigate at nighttime. Our phosphorescent algae
are (is?) very bright and luminous.
