Default Happy Winter Solstice!

Edgar,

Thank you!

The 32 is the Temperature of Melting Ice
The 212 boiling water, Thermometer calibration points.

Now the whole world wondering way he didn't scribe melting ice zero &
boiling water 100. Old England didn't they made it their Standard.

Just think, if that damned Dutchman would have put that Hg in an
unmarked glass tube we wouldn't be having this discussion. Just think,
if a degree was in a Mult.. of ten, there would be need a 5/9 and a
elevated 32 degree scale.
