I don't think I've ever had Stilton. Seen it, but haven't
got 'round to it yet. I was thinking about subscribing to
the Williams Sonoma 6 month cheese thing...maybe I'll just
get their menu and go buy them myself. The cheeses at Whole
Foods have gotten a bit lower end of late, but they're the
best shot in town. It's a Sailing town so the food and
restaurants really suck.

I luv Jarlsberg! I make grilled cheese under the

stinky cheese is the best cheese...I like all the
varieties of Swiss...my alltime favorite cheeses,
though, are the Stiltons...having a difficult time
finding a store down here that carries them...up north
the regular grocers have Stiltons in their cases, but
not down here...

I'll send you a chunk of Shropshire Blue next time I got
to Whole Foods. Yum!

Sounds delightful. Stilton makes a great additive cheese
in Welsh rarebit.

Good, I stood there on a 10' wall of Jello, looking, and it
just wasn't there and never had been. I hate when they lie.
What's the point?

My Grandma raised me for my first 6 years. One of my
greatest pleasures was sharing her limburger on saltines
with a tiny glass of Olympia beer of an afternoon. I sure
miss her. Can't quite replicate the limburger tho. They
were in little foil wrapped cakes...

It's like the guy at WallyWorld in New Bern last year who told me people
in the south don't eat many cranberries....

Can you get the Stilton with dried cranberries in it?

Never seen it. Where did you get it before?

Just a suggestion, because I really don't know if that have it, but Laughing
Cow has those individually-wrapped cheeses. Check them out for limburger.
OR, just let some of their cheese spoil in the summer sun for a month or
more. g
