drunk driver. I think they're both considered to be serious criminal

Sounds like a red-neck asshole rookie 5 ft1" tall female cop with a
chip on her sholder to me.

The guy pulled over, and approched the officer with his hands in his
pockets according to the news report. Not the smartest thing to do, but
not bases for Tazering him and sicking a dog on him. They did that to
me I'd kick out the windows in the cruiser too...drunk or not.

Back when I served in the Navy the cops would turn you over to the MP's
and your Captain delt with you in front of the mast. Our fighting
forces deserve to vent a bit of steam once and a while, something you
Canooks would know nothing about.
