That's a cultural thing...they do not buy anything at the


face cost...if

you go to the market or store over there and just pay up,


they look down

their nose wondering what's wrong with you that you'd

away like that. Haggling is a national pastime.



So, I should try and 'haggle' my prices *up* ?

You are the hagglee because you have the business...it doesn'tr work
that way...start out with a higher price with him initially so that he
can haggle down to what you want to be paid...
