My son just bought TWO Seadoos from his girlfriend's father!

Where have I gone wrong?

The younger generation is not smitten with sailing as a rule. It's a rare
youngster that prefers sailboats over something that goes fast and burns
fossil fuels at an alarming rate while polluting the environment. I think
it something in their hormones.

I blame it on higher education. He's gone to school, worked hard, gotten
a degree and consequently a job that pays him too much, so burning fuel
at 30 litres and hour doesn't bother him (that's about 8 US Gal/hr)!

Cheers
Marty

If a young kid desired sailing I'd say something was wrong with him.
Sailing, like civilization must be learned.

It could be worse. He could have stolen two Seadoos.

Probably just financed them at 11.5% for 20 years, in which case he was
robbed.

What would lead you to that "probability"? Do you diagnose illness using
some secret psychic method?

Guess I should have posted a smiley face after my comment, Marty. Thought
it was obvious. Guess not.

immm...he's already a Canadian, Max.....

Point taken. Our American Indians must all be Cannuck immigrants.

Don't you dare try to send them back, we've got enough problems with the
french, (and the Newfies).

Oh no, you're not thinking of sending Mooron here, are ya?
