My son just bought TWO Seadoos from his girlfriend's father!

Where have I gone wrong?

The younger generation is not smitten with sailing as a rule. It's a
rare
youngster that prefers sailboats over something that goes fast and burns
fossil fuels at an alarming rate while polluting the environment. I
think
it something in their hormones.

I blame it on higher education. He's gone to school, worked hard, gotten
a degree and consequently a job that pays him too much, so burning fuel
at 30 litres and hour doesn't bother him (that's about 8 US Gal/hr)!

Education--it shall be the undoing of all.

If a young kid desired sailing I'd say something was wrong with him.
Sailing, like civilization must be learned.

My four-year-old grandson must be in deep trouble. He loves our sailboat,
but doesn't care much for my Boston Whaler while bounding over the chop at
40 mph.

He's either a Tea Biscuit.... or just ****ed you won't let him steer the
Whaler.

Have the lad club a few cute baby seals with his Fisher Price Seal Club...

Guess I should have posted a smiley face after my comment, Marty. Thought
it was obvious. Guess not.

Ok, guess that's what I get for posting from work, too many
distractions.

Cheers

Hakapiks are only available at Canadian Wal-Marts.

LOL. He's anything but. He's the toughest 4 y.o. I've ever known, almost
to the point of being obnoxious. His soccer team scored an aggregate 23
goals this fall--he scored all but 5, plus three for opposing teams (oops).
He's also the size of most 6 y.o. boys.

I've been pointing out Cannucks for the kid and telling him they are
terrorists, the enemy. He can't wait to begin clubbing them.
