Gilligan is not the Nav. The Nav is a for real New Zea lander with a real
name and a real job...he left because he was sick of ASA and the criticism
and backciting....

He was one of the few shreds of sanity this group ever had.

Yelp...Good guy....knew his trade. But he was just to sensivitive and

I remember that! He never paid up?

Remember he had the huge ugly gawdy radar arch on his boat (without
radar), looked like an air spoiler on a 1974 Ford Pinto.

Actually the Farr 1220 (which is the boat Navvie claimed) is
a pretty cool boat.

I believe the Navigator is a much better man than you describe.

His rants were about the US Government, not the American people (they are
NOT the same).

He does have a good boat and is a good sailor.

Everyone has their limits, he reached his. Personally I think we would all
be better off if he returned.
