I'd recommend you drop the italized and enlarge the font by 1/3. I'd also
recommend you go with a different font and make it two colours. Gold inside
with a black border to hi-light the name. [Goudy Stout?]

In regards to the method of securement to the dock... I never comment on it
unless it will effect my vessel upon failure. Tying up to a dock and the
manner in which it is done speaks volumes regarding the skipper's abilities
and seamanship.

Good Grief..... the water is almost blue.... I'm glad I invested in toilet
bowl fresheners... it's obvious everyone in NYC is now using them :-P

If this weather calms down, I'll have pics of everyone sailing tomorrow
as well. But I already posted shots with Mom and Thomas aboard.

BTW, just added the name to the boat....classic moment when the wind
folded it in half...what a mess! I think I need a bigger font, but I'll
see if I get used to it. No sailing tonight...raining like hell at the
moment.

I took the pic after applying the boat name to the port side. I haven't
done the starboard side yet...started to rain.
The boat is pulled in tight because I was putting the name on. Spring
lines were in the way. Even with snubbers in use the #1 error I see is
people who pull lines too tight and springs too loose.
I agree with you on the Font and will probably redo it for next season.

Why not put a large STP decal on the swim platform?

Now that's funny!!!

So you overlaid name graphics over Rob's digital phony name graphics
of the owners boat. Wonder what it is really named.
