confined space with bystanders present, you must use disabling force.
That's what we were paid to do. And if you knew anything about being a
cooler or bouncer, you'd know that the training is in avoiding a fight
altogether. Subduing them is not a word we even use. "Removing" them is
the word.

Roadhouse on DVD, who thinks they know something about this. Sadly,

I never failed. I was paid a lot of money for my work and a year after
quiting was offered even more to come back.
To "fail" means I engaged someone which led to a lawsuit. Never
happened. I also got a lot of respect. You don't even know what that
means in the biz.
