it's the premise for the fact that your sailing grounds are the recipient of the out flow from surrounding input.... in my case I truthfully stated that peat tints water, BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Oh no... it's totally polluted .... despite what they claim about tidal flushing action... Halifax Harbour is sewage lagoon. I don't sail there at all.... well okay I went there for Tall Ships 2000.
