OK, so... what actually happens when your boat gets nailed? Never had
the pleasure myself.


Redcloud is steel, the current travel thru the hull to the water,
It's the birdcage effect. One time I had a TV antenna attached to the
forward stay and it blew up the TV. I have 2 arc marks attop the main
mast.

The guy who was in the next slip has a P40 that got struck, it melted
all the eletronics and wiring in the boat. 43K in damage.
