Default Any recommendations for a 35 foot cruiser?

I looked at the 36.7 a couple of years ago, and I was very
dissappointed.
It is almost a pure racer. The accomodation is very poor., but I am
sure
that the performance is truly spectacular.

Have a look at the 40.7....another boat on my list for down the road,
assuming I don't actually get a smaller boat like an Alerion 28
(another idea I'm entertaining myself with).
The 40.7 is very fast and pretty comfy below. Fit and finish is so-so
on the single example I saw....but for the fun factor I bet I could
live with it.

I looked at the 40.7.

It only has 6" more accomodation down below than the 33.7.

Most of the extra length is wasted because the huge steering wheel means
that the rear cabins finish 5 feet from the stern.

Regards

Donal
