Default Guess which marina?

In other words, you don't do anything at all that a
half-diligent owner could do for himself.

Which any broker with a license and a membership in one of
the several professional brokers organizations will. One
can get friendly enough with a phone call. I've done this
myself several times.

... They're available to brokers who pay for the access, but not to
the average Joe.

The average person who has more than three or four
functioning brain cells can figure it out easily enough.
These things are not a big mystery, and it's part of being
an informed buyer... which makes a lot of sense for a
big-ticket item like a yacht.

.... I presume Bobsprit has access through the marina's
brokerage.

I presume Bobsprit is lying like a rug. For some reason he
