Not if you run them like you do in the USA, you wouldn't.

You're going to have to explain that. The USA certainly appears quite
successful in the wine business of late. I haven't seen figures, but I'm
guessing we are among the top five wine producers in the world. And some of
it is very damn good.

Just don't try growing grapes.
Growers are in deep atm as exports have peaked and wineries are
slowing production.

Hmmm. Haven't heard any of that. I know imported wines are taking a big
bite out of the US market, but then the really good US wines are all
overpriced, if excellent. But I'd assumed the US was still one of the
larger producers. Do you have figures?

USA:

You guys are almost an order of magnitude larger, on these figures.
Interesting. Given our lower production costs & quality advantages at
those price points, there should be plenty of room for Aussie exports
to grow.

Ah well, I was wrong on that one. Memories of drinking Cal wines at the
same price point as Aussie exports when I lived in Tucson. I shouldn't
have generalised from a very small sample base.

I'll tell you what's going on in Iraq because I have two friends that
live there. We are not there because of any terrorists. We are not
there to set anyone free.
Joe, we are there so certain people can make a LOT of money, more money
than you can even comprehend. They are milking you, Joe and lying to
all the way. A lot of people know this and yet they've also come to
accept it. Is "your"government doing ANYTHING to protect you from
gouging fuel costs? Of course not.
Joe, you're exactly the kind of cattle Bush and his people hope for and
love. You make it all possible.

Guess you did not buy a bunch of Halliburton stock when Capt. American
said to buy it before the war.

Toooooo Bad...

Don't hold your breath ... Max is part of the "New World French"... Snobs of
America. desperately trying to mimic France but slowly discovering that the
finer things they have to offer are over rated and produced by rednecks or
queers! :-)

Not in Canada. Canadians adore and emulate the french.
